Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things happen and schedules change. We understand that. If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. The Groom Room does not charge you for a change or cancellation as long as you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we have had an increasing number of last-minute cancellations which leave large schedule gaps. With enough time, someone else can take that spot.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 30% of booked services.
